High School Diploma or GED, 3 year industrial maintenance experience preferred. Basic understanding of pneumatics, basic understanding of hydraulic systems. Ability to read and interpret machine manuals/schematics, electrical blueprints/schematics and process control diagrams. Experience with AC/DC and servo motors. Experience with limit and proximity switches, photo-electric sensors and solenoid valves. Knowledge/experience around the following electrical equipment and control systems preferred:
oAllen Bradley Variable Frequency Drives, including Powerflex
oAllen Bradley PLC's, including PLC5 and ControlLogix
oSiemens
oKUKA robots
oGiddings and Lewis
oHMI/SCADA Programming, Intellution and Wonderware Knowledge/experience with the installation, calibration and maintenance of process and analytical instrumentation preferred Knowledge/experience using the Microsoft Office suite including Excel. Availability to work off shifts and weekend overtime.
Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair PLC controlled, high speed production equipment for a safe and productive work environment. Perform Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Predictive Maintenance (PdM) to increase equipment reliability and up-time. Comply with all safety standards and regulations provided by the company and government (e.g. LOTO, Work Permits, etc.). Utilize SAP too accurately and thoroughly document and track all corrective and preventive maintenance performed throughout the course of the day; including searching and issuing parts, documenting equipment issues and entering inspection/measurement points. Prioritize and self-schedule maintenance work around production activities to achieve both production and maintenance KPI's. Adhere to all housekeeping/sanitation standards in and around work area including 5S standards. Drive brewery goals & objectives through individually led projects and continuous improvement activities. Participate and contribute within a business process unit including attending team meetings and shift handovers.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
